Localized Heat Treatment: If specific areas of the component require higher hardness, localized quenching heat treatment can be applied using methods such as induction heating. Surface Quenching and Tempering Heat Treatment: Surface quenching and tempering heat treatment are typically carried out using induction heating or flame heating. The main technical parameters include surface hardness, local hardness, and effective hardening depth.

Chemical Heat Treatment: This process involves infiltrating the surface of the workpiece with atoms of one or several chemical elements, thereby altering the chemical composition, structure, and properties of the workpiece surface. After quenching and low-temperature tempering, the surface of the blade workpiece achieves high hardness, wear resistance, and contact fatigue strength, while the core of the workpiece maintains high strength and toughness. The main technical parameters for chemically heat-treated workpieces are hardening depth and surface hardness.
